PZJA Out of Session decision - 29 February 2016 - TS TRL moon tide closure

The PZJA:

1. AGREED to reintroduce seven day moon-tide closures into the Torres Strait Tropical Rock Lobster Fishery commencing in 2016 until a management plan for the fishery is implemented;
2. NOTED that the decision above will be given effect via licence conditions; and
3. NOTED outcomes of native title notification.

(First closure commences on 4 April 2016)
